The system can help the user to follow up how things are going regarding the publication and distribution of an item within the framework of an agreement. The user can see the previous follow up results. Anything that might not relevant or wrong data regarding the previous follow up, it is easy for user to make it correct.

Select Lot after entering the fiscal year

After Entering follow-up information for the selected item click on Add follow-up button

After adding all follow-up item Click this button to save the data

After selecting row from the lists of item information click on Display follow-up button

Lists of follow-up results will be displayed

“UPDATE” button is help you to modify information after selecting row from the follow-up results lists
|
|
“DEELET” button is deleting the selected rows from the follow-up result lists
|
|
“CLEAR” button will help you to reset the fields
