The contribution documents a method for selecting between FD an LP modes in the USAC encoder.
It is the consensus of the Audio Subgroup to

integrate the text of m16571 into the appropriate clause of WD4 informative annex where the USAC encoder is discussed (Hervé Taddei and Max Neuendorf).

add the source code to the MPEG Reference Encoder SVN repository (the Chair. and integrate it into the source code such that it drives the mode decision (Dejun Zhang, Huawei). The integration is expected to be complete prior to July 31.
