The proponents of HOPES are required to make the framework fully conforming to RVC, including the support of FU network description - FND / FU network language - FNL and FU implementation.

	Points & Recommendations	Based on the contribution, there has been much discussion on how conformance testing should be carried out. In RVC conformance, two steps are identified: FU verification stage: this stage is to verify if the FU implementation in VTL is correct. If an FU is verified, it is only then subject to conformance testing. FU conformance testing stage: Based on the verification of FU, conformant input/output patterns are generated.
