21.2.6Conclusions
The group recommends that the following be kept: fragment random access, ipir track references, progressive download (see below), and also the sub-sample box (as ISMA and the SVC spec. both use it). We note continued work on conformance for part 15. The revised ‘at risk’ list is now:
