Both provide M2TS additional information for better RA, stream switching, and trick modes..
Can be solved with restriction on M2TS when creating content, i.e. can be addressed by defining a M2TS profile. Therefore, no immediate need for adopting a solution. This part of EE will be closed and a new activity may start for supporting delivering of time-varying metadata that improves media engine behavior in random access, switching and other functionalizes. This time-varying data should address the intended functionality of this part of EE.
