The contribution outlines some problems in the proposed definition of arrays present in the current WD which seems not to be consistent. A formal clarification of the syntax and semantic for declaring and operating on arrays is needed.
Concerning the proposal of "External" functions, it should be clarified what is the formal or functionality difference between the proposal and the current WD proposal based on the "Native" keyword and what is added by the proposed syntax and semantic.
Concerning the namespace hierarchy proposal, it is needed to clarify what additions or improvements in terms of functionality of the RVC specification and instantiation/implementation process is provided by the namespace proposal.
