Development and setting up in SAP R/3 of the management of the central weighing department, connecting the Mettler weighing machines to an OPC server.

Development of the logistics flux of the reception areas: supplies, shipping, supplier returns.

Development and integration of SAP R/3 (WM/RFC) management of automatic storage. Integration of the management of a storage area partially automatic with radio (WM) terminals.

Mixup prevention plan :

On line control of packaging components in comparison to a listing, with Datamatrix or Vision reading, through optical cameras connected to and piloted by SAP R/3.

Localise batch containers through RFID technology, situated in the site’s production area and in storage areas managed by SAP R/3 (WM)

Maintenance Management (CarlMaster):

Management of maintenance team activities, prevention plans, spare-parts storage and metrology in the scope of a « Maintenance Excellence » program.

Quality Management (LIMS Inqas / Interpec):

Management of sampling,sampling storage (échantillothèque) and finished products release. Implementation of a RFC interface with QM unit. Managing the different control steps.
