Nick reads book in the evenings.	Nick is reading a book at the moment.
Students have English twice a week.	Students are having English now.
It often rains in autumn.	We can’t go out. It is raining.

People give money to charity

Одамлар хайрия мақсадларига пул беришади. (Бу одамларга хос бўлган нарса)

People are giving more money to charity these days

Шу кунларда одамлар хайрия тадбирларига кўпроқ пул ажратишаяпти (ҳозирги вақтинчалик аҳвол)

Кўриш-сезиш ва ҳиссиётни билдирувчи феъллар Present Continuous да ишлатилмайди:
I like her (not “I am liking her.”)
Кўриш - сезиш ва ҳиссиётни билдирувчи феъллар:

to taste	to feel	to contain
to sound	to know	to want
to smell	to remember	to need
to love	to understand	to prefer
to like	to belong	to realize
to hate	to consist	to suppose
to see	to pronounce	to seem
to hear	to wish	to depend
to mean	to believe

Pay attention:

What do you see now? (not “What are you seeing now?”) In this sentence see means кўрмоқ

But if see means кўришмоқ, учрашмоқ it can be used in Present Continuous Tense:
I am seeing you tomorrow.
I think you are right. (not “I am thinking you are right.”) In this sentence think means -деб ҳисобламоқ, ...деб ўйламоқ, менимчалик

But if think means ўйламоқ, ҳаёлидан ўтказмоқ it can be used in Present Continuous Tense:

  What are you thinking about?
  
• 
  I am thinking about my tomorrow’s exam now.
  

Feel, hurt, ache феъллари бор гапларда жисмоний қобилият ҳақида гап кетганда Present Continuous ёки Present Indefinite ишлатишнинг деярли фарқи йўқ:
How do you feel or How are you feeling?
But I feel hate. (not “I am feeling hate.”)
Агар бирон воқеани ҳаддан ташқари тез-тез содир бўлаётганлигини таъкидлаш керак бўлса ва бу воқеа ҳар гал режалаштирилмаган ёки кутилмаган бўлса Present Continuous ни always, constantly, continually, forever равишлари билан ишлатса бўлади. Улар гапда ёрдамчи ва асосий феълнинг ўртасида туради:

I’ve lost my watch. I am always losing things.
