| Discussion and conclusion:
Vodafone commented that this adds a complexity of determining the UE is a single RAT device. Qualcomm clarified that there would be a statement that for this Release the UE shall only signal support for a single RAT. Alcatel-Lucent commented that this was a practical solution for Rel-13 and enhancements can be considered for future Releases. Vodafone commented that either this should be done only for NB-IoT or for all devices. Ericsson commented that this was valid for terminal vendor implementation, but did not see why the specification should include the restriction. Qualcomm replied that this will have impact on many other WGs and therefore this is better included in the specifications. This was left for further off-line discussion on the first assumption. This was later noted.
