Specific Responsibilities:

• 
  To assist the board president in evaluating, prioritizing and bringing chapter meeting programming proposals to the board for approval
  
• 
  To coordinate and oversee location of chapter meetings
  
• 
  To coordinate and manage logistics for chapter meetings
  
• 
  To oversee budget items in relation to each event
  
• 
  To report to board regarding income and expense from each chapter meeting.

Job Description for

Chapter Board Director at Large

Shall work in conjunction with chapter president and board as it pertains to the planning and preparation of chapter meetings and events and dealing with chapter affairs, finances, and committees; shall assist in determining board and chapter policies and/or changes thereto; shall actively pursue the chapter's objectives in line with the chapter’s mission and vision.

Term: Refer to chapter bylaws (currently one year to rotate into a Board Director )
Eligibility: Refer to chapter bylaws and policies (must be a member of NSA)
