  • Internet channel consulting role (Click & Mortar business model, B2C and B2B services such as online booking, second hand car selling, long term renting, fleet management, brokers linking): assessment of IT vendors, cross-channel strategy, third party payment, analytics, SEO, UI/UX, multilingual (EN/FR), hosting and ecommerce regulation/legal/ security/personal information management aspects.

CIFEA DMK is offering direct marketing services (emailing, SMS and mailing) through internet tools to large companies such as the Credit Lyonnais (bank) or Norauto (retailer). I was responsible of the IT department reorganisation: 4 B2B products + ERP (SILOG), 7 people, 5 M€ revenue. Direct line responsibility with yearly and quarterly objectives as well as appraisals.

I was end to end responsible for the complete design, development and installation of train simulators sold to London Underground and Alstom UK (fixed cost projects of 800 K€ and 2 M€ with penalties). Direct line responsibility with yearly objectives and appraisals.



  • From project inception to closure (up to 2 projects concurrently): direct and cross functional management of 15 people, coordination of account, maintenance, procurement, QA and product development departments.

  • Responsible of the production/delivery: budget/costs/margin, planning/activity sequence/work break-down/schedule, resources management, quality, procurement (vendors selection and management) and logistic.

  • Full management of the customer including all communications, specifications/design validation, both parties deliverables follow-up, system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), validation of the documentation, training of the trainers, management of the change requests, risks and issues.

  • Hands on the design, test books, tests plans, documentation, testing, training and invoicing.

Achievements:

  • Train simulators, with cab replica, installed within time and budget.

  • Increased Corys’ revenue: high gross margin obtained and 10% of initial project price added in change requests.

I managed multicultural, cross functional and virtual teams (+ 30 people, concurrent projects, over 10 M€), and was in charge of the vendor management (Stream Global Services). My responsibilities included key project metrics tracking, risks and issues management, communication to stakeholders in a highly matrix structure.



Achievements:

  • Finalized the EMEA migration of the “virus, security issues and Windows Update” Microsoft customer support level 2 &3. Done in time without discontinuation of service. Hands on the Hebrew language process.

  • Built up the Microsoft emergency response plan for a major virus attack: capacity to ramp up of 400% in 3 days.

PMO / project manager - Permanent Jul 1999 - Aug 2003

Program management officer for the HP OpenCall SS7 signalling department: 70 people, 15 project managers (marketing, lab, test, supply chain, quality, marcom, doc, and support), 6 product releases in parallel from 500 K€ to 10 M€.

My responsibilities included setting up a PMO with a comprehensive project repository, KPIs follow-up (costs/budget, scope/change requests, issues/risks, critical path, deliverables/quality, master plan), efficient reporting to all stakeholders (including executive level) and project management continuous improvement as quality department point of contact.

Achievements:


  • Assignment extended to programme management backup and PMO consultancy of the whole HP OpenCall division.

Owner of WW intranet portals: responsible for the quality of service, customer relationship and reporting. As a product and software development manager, I participated in all the stages of software and service development activities: business requirements, feasibility/investigation/design, road mapping, specifications/work breakdown, documentation, change requests & issues management, coding, unit and functional tests, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), move to production, support and analytics.
