- Community Planning- a multy-party road map, NUFFIC Tailor made training, nr TMT-128-MDA (Moldova 2012), AO Organization Development, Netherland, NIER Chisinau Moldova and INE; 2013-2014;

- Integrated approach for preventing of victimization in Roma communities, Program “Schengen Cooperation and Combating Cross-border and Organised Crime, including Trafiking and Itinerant Criminal Groups”, cofinanced from the Norvegian Financial mechanisms 2009-2014, IEN partner, coordinator General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police, Ministry of Internal Affaires; 2013-16;

- Promoting the community policing concept within rural areas with focus on Roma and other socioeconomically disadvantaged communities, Swiss Romanian Cooperation Program, project no: 350480/16.03.2012, General Inspectorate of Romanian Police, Police Academy from Savatan, Graduate Institute of International and Develioment Studies, University of Geneve- 2012-2015;

- „JAD - Acţiunea comună împotriva violenţei în familie”, Mecanismului Financiar Norvegian pentru perioada 2009-2014, Programul „Domestic and gender based violence”, (Programme Area 29), coordonat de Ministerul Justiţiei, IGPR şi IEN parteneri.
