ITB 4.7

A Bidder shall amend the evidence of its continued eligibility with the following documents:
a) Contractor’s registered as grade GC-5 and above by FDRE
Construction Works Regulatory Authority or Oromiya Construction Authority those registration from FDRE Construction Works Regulatory Authority should be supported by additional registration certificate from Oromiya Construction Authority shall be Renewed for the year 2015E.C
b) Renewed Trade license for the year 2015E.C
c) VAT registration certificate
d) Clearance from inland revenue-valid within the bid process time.
e) Registration Certificate in the suppliers list under Public Procurement & Property Administration Agency
