Summer Internship At the end of the first year, the students are required to undertake project assignment in an organization. The project is intended to give the students an opportunity to enhance their knowledge, sharpen the skills, appreciate the practical problems of management, and begin planning their career in the light of practical experience gained during the period. It provides an opportunity to a student to see the work life closely and learn to bridge the gap between theory and practice. It also helps a student in understanding the possible application of the concepts learnt by him or her in the classroom. The summer project is for eight to ten weeks.
