A: I heard there’s a new movie playing in town.

You can also use could to give advice. Could is not as strong as should because it only expresses choices or possibilities. Could does not show that the speaker thinks that something is a good idea to do or that it is the right thing to do.

If you want to improve your Spanish, you could take classes, you might listen to Spanish speaking stations on the radio, you could find a conversation partner, or you might take a vacation in Mexico.

We often use could or might to express many different possibilities, without saying which one we think is best.
