Secured and robust IT infrastructure and business systems implemented to enable ease of access and use of departmental information	The Knowledge and information Management (KIM) strategy was developed and implemented. Furthermore a Knowledge Centre was established and is fully operational. The Department website was redesigned and is up and running and updates are being done on a regular basis.	X			-	-
