25% Municipal websites interactive	DoC approved the recruitment of 9 e-cooperatives to ensure sustainability of websites. Out of 42 Municipalities, 13 websites were developed and are being monitored by the e-cooperatives for the period of six month.		X		The department encountered a lack of cooperation from the municipalities.
The monitoring of the interactive website is ongoing.
Implementation of the e-Government blueprint facilitated	The PNC established an e-Government Task Team (DoC, Department of Home Affairs, e Skills Institute) to facilitate the implementation of the e-Government blueprint. The Department hosted a workshop and worked with the South Korean experts to identify priority e-government services from ICIS Project and Local government for implementation of the e-Government framework. The Department also collected 70% of information and collated all data into an Integrated Citizens Information System Project Audit Report.		X		Slow or No response from certain government departments proved to be a challenge	Consulted process took place with DPSA and SITA on the consolidated report for repository.
