Reply: Yes.
Do state level entities have similar publication requirements?
Reply: MostState Governments have modelled their financial Rules on the basis of GFR 2005, and the principle of adequate publicity is followed.
Does a supplier have to be a subscriber to the Indian Trade Journal in order to see all of the tender opportunities published in the journal?
Reply: It is the choice of a supplier as the tender information is also available on the website of the purchasing entity.
