Abstract: This document presents the EGEE plan to reach out to a large number of active users across a sufficient number of disciplines to demonstrate that EGEE is a worthwhile investment for the Citizens of the EU. The document develops the contribution of NA4 to this global vision and presents NA4 structures to integrate user communities on the EGEE infrastructure in close collaboration with other EGEE activities.
