Developing unique creative qualities in future elementary school teachers

This article discusses the pleasing emphasis on creative qualities for educators. Alongside this, it talks about types of tests that clearly identify the manifestation of creative traits in individuals.

Creativity, like any other quality or virtue, doesn't develop spontaneously. Creativity is cultivated and developed at certain stages. So, when do the characteristics of creativity become apparent in a person's activity? Generally, although creativity is often evident in the activities of children, this doesn't necessarily guarantee the incorporation of creative achievements in their future. It only indicates the likelihood of them acquiring certain creative methods and skills. Fostering creativity in children requires attention to the following:
1) Encouraging them to ask many questions and supporting this habit;
2) Cultivating independence in children and strengthening their sense of responsibility;
3) Creating opportunities for independent activities by children;
4) Paying attention to children's interests.
Researcher N. Fayzullaeva believes that future educators, in order to possess pedagogical foresight, should acquire knowledge in pedagogy based on the clear development of the following principles and skills:
The passage discusses the essential goals, concepts, principles of pedagogy, and the regularities of the development of pedagogical phenomena. It also emphasizes the importance of acquiring practical knowledge about the general methodology of education and upbringing. Additionally, E.P. Torrens is mentioned in the field of psychology for developing a test to identify personal creativity.
E.P. Torrens identifies the following signs within personal creativity:
1) Lack of indifference to questions, difficulties, and information unrelated to each other.
2) Taking action to solve problems, striving to find a solution based on previously laid assumptions.
