PLAN OF THE SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMME
Apart from the ceremonial events on Thursday morning, the subject matter of the scientific programme is divided into 7- areas and 10- minisymposia. These are distributed over 8- parallel sessions, which will be held in the locations (Rooms) RA-RG in the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).
Note that a Conference Session X will take place in the corresponding Room X, i.e. The Session A will take place respectively in Conference Room A.
The Room A is the AUEB great Amphitheater at the first floor of ‘Antoniadis’ Block-Building, the Room B is the AUEB small Amphitheater at the first floor of 'Derigny' Block Building, the Rooms C(A42), D(A43), E(A44), G(A41) are at the fourth floor of ‘Antoniadis’ Building, while the Room H(A36), is at the third floor of the same building.
The Room J (D4) is at the fourth floor of the ‘Derigny’ Building,
The Room F on Thursday 20/9/07 corresponds to A32 (third floor of ‘Antoniadis’ Building), while on Saturday 22/9/07 corresponds to A51 (fifth floor of ‘Antoniadis’ Building).
Each invited paper is allocated 60 minutes for oral presentation, including time for questions. All other papers in sessions of solicited papers, minisymposia and contributed papers are allocated 30 minutes for oral presentation, including time for questions. Session Chairmen are required to enforce these time-limits rigorously in order to ensure that the work of the Conference proceeds on schedule.
REQUEST TO SPEAKERS
Speakers should check the scheduled time and location of their paper and inform
the Secretariat of existing errors and omissions as well as of any technical equipment required for their presentation. Individual speakers may propose an exchange of places in the programme provided that their session Chairmen agree to the proposed change. The Secretariat should be informed of all such changes after they have been agreed.
PUBLICATIONS
The Proceedings and Transactions will be published after the Conference, and all questions concerning these must be addressed to Professor Elias A. The HERCMA 2007 Book-of-Abstracts will be available at the Conference.

NOTE
The position of a talk in the final programme cannot be guaranteed to be the same as in this preliminary programme.
REQUEST TO PARTICIPANTS
All the participants of the Conference must complete a registration form. This will be available in the HERCMA Secretariat-Registration Office.
OPENING CEREMONY
This will be take place early morning on Thursday, September 20nd, 2007 in the AUEB Great Hall. This is located at the first floor of the central building of the University. All the participants are requested to take their seats not later than 09.10.
