The Effect Of Fluctuations On Supply Voltage To The Color Temperature Of Lighting Equipment In this thesis, the parameters which may affect the performance and effect level of indoor lighting equipment have been investigated. Also, the effects of fluctuations on supply voltage on the color temperature and the illuminance of lighting equipment have been tested in short and long period. For this purpose, voltage ripple and harmonic variations which are originated in electrical network were generated in laboratory environment and entegrated to relevant system. To achieve these goals, classic (Tungsten filament lamps) and new generation (LED, Compact Fluoresent lamps) lighting equipments that are used for in indoor lighting, were tested in laboratory with these conditions and the effects or relevant variations were determined. Also, the effect of ageing on color temperature, illuminance, spectral power, luminance and colour rendering index of lamps were tested. The lamps were characterized with "Higher Order Spectral Analysis" using the measured spectral parameters. By using Artificial Neural Network (ANN), the higher order spectral moments were used the clasified the type of the lamps. Whereas color temperature, illuminance, luminance were used the clasified the age of lamps.
