A:Bibi, jism ki problem hai? Haan ji! Bibi, jism ke rogon ka simran se koi talluk nahi hai.jism ka talluk jism se hai,simran ka simran se.bhajan simran karne se koi mara hai? AGAR MAR JAYE TO ISSE ACHI MAUT KOI NAHI.GHABRANA NAHI CHAHIYE. Q25.BABAJEE,aapne pichle satsang mein bataya tha aajadi aur gulami,iska fark batao. A:Beta aapko kya lagta hai hum aajad hain?jab apni marji se kuch kar hi nahi sakte to hum gulam hi hain.koi desh ke liye kuch kar raha hai,koi bachon ke liye.hum to gadhe to tarah bojh se lade hue hain. Q26.BABAJEE, sapne ko kis tarah samajhna chahiye? A:Sapne to sapne hote hain agar ache sapne aate hain to enjoy karo,agar bure aate hain to use bhool jao. Q27.BABAJEE,mujhe pehle to aapke darshan hote the ab nahi hote. A:Beta main tumhare saamne baitha hoon.agar tum apna muh doosri taraf mod lo to mera kya kusoor hai?main to waheen baitha hoon tumne hi muh doosri taraf kar liya hai. Q28.BABAJEE, duniya ke kaante bahut chubhte hain. A:Bhai sahab, bade maharaji farmaya karte the duniya ke kaante khatam nahi hone,apne peiron mein chappal pehan lo. Q29.Radhasoami dad!Dad,jab hum koi galti karte hain to kiase pata lagta hai hum to har step par galti karte hain.kaise pata lage ki hum galti kar rahe hain? A:Beta insan galtiyon ka putla hai,jub hum galti karte hain humein khud ko pata chalta hai hum galti kar rahe hain.yeh kaise ho sakta hai ki hum galti karein aur humein pata na chale? Q30.BABAJEE, kabhi to lagta hai ki aap naraj ho. A:Yeh to apni-2 soch par depend karta hai.agar hum simran karte hain to babajee kush lagte hain agar hum nahi karte to lagta hai naraj hain. Q31.BABAJEE,apni sangat ko samjhao ye satsang nahi sunti,amal nahi karti. A:Beta hum apne aap ko sudhar sakte hai doosron ko nahi.humein apne aap ko acha banana hai. Q32.BABAJEE, kal mujhe neeche kheechta hai aur dayal oopar jane nahi
Q33.BABAJEE, dhyan nahi lagta. A: Maine lagana bhi nahi hai.
Q1. Maharaj ji, I sit in meditation. I used to have darshan & even listen to shabad. Then I had some problem. I told my friend, she advised me to write a letter to you. But I do not know how to write. So I told my entire problem to my friend and told her to write. Since that day, everything has stopped. Maharaj ji, it is not my fault; I do not know how to write. Babaji - Continue doing bhajan simran. Q. Maharaj ji, I do every day for 4-6 hours. Babaji - Have Patience and Continue with bhajan, simran Q2. Why did the lord make this creation? Why did he make good & bad karmas? And then we have to do the meditation because of our karmas. Why? Babaji - If you explain to a 4 yr. old child, how he was born will not understand. But when he grows old, in time, he will understand. When you reach that stage (Lord's Stage/Realization) by higher mediation, you can ask the Lord or you will automatically get the answers on your own... Q3. Master, is initiation enough to achieve salvation? Babaji - Initiation is like a bulldozer. If you do your meditation, you will go along with it. But if you do not, still you will be dragged along. This will cause you more pain and suffering. Initiation is just not enough. Action is important! Q4. Master, I am cooking meat for my family. Am I sinning? Babaji - Sister you have to do your duty & create harmony in the house, you are just doing your duty. You need favorable surroundings to meditate. Continue your bhajan simran. Q5. Maharaj ji, if we stop killing animals, what will happen to the world? Babaji - If you have no right to give a life, you have no right to take a life. Q6. Master, can you tell us the difference between wishful thinking & destiny? Babaji - Wishful thinking is what you think, destiny is what takes place. Q7. Before my marriage, I dreamt of the type of boy I would like to marry and it came out to be true! What would you call that? Babaji - Call it whatever you want. Q8. Master, is it wrong to beat our children as a form of punishment? Babaji - Brother, it is always better to explain and talk to your children with love and affection. Nothing has ever been gained by violence. Try to reason with your children and give them your point of view till they understand. What can be gained with love cannot be gained with beating or punishment. Q9. I am initiated by Maharaj Charan Singh and I want to see my Master. How much of Charan do we see in you? Babaji - I am not here to replace anyone. Your Master is yours. You are just here to have my Darshan. Q 10. Why does an honest man suffer the most? Babaji - Again it is your own conception. How do you know that it is their suffering? To them it might be and mean happiness. Q 11. Why do we get irritated? Babaji - Are you perfect? Q. No!
Babaji - Then why get irritated at others faults. Q 12. Maharaj ji. In the West people are so corrupt and yet they are economically advanced and are happier. Babaji - They may be economically advanced but not spiritually advanced. Q 13. Master, everything is based on TATVAS, what are they? Babaji - Every creation is made out of elements. Animals, birds and reptiles, etc., have 1, 2, 3, or 4 elements. Only human beings have all the 5 elements. It is the combination of these elements that make life on this earth. Q 14. Master, our life span is not based on the number of days or months we live but by the number of breaths we take. When we exercise, we breathe more heavily. So does that mean that our life span is getting reduced? Babaji - (Master smiling) No! Brother, just like we sometimes say: "It's raining cats & dogs." It does not literally mean cats & dogs. Q 15. Master, can a seeker achieve salvation? Babaji - We have to first find out completely about this path which we are intending to follow. When we are sick, we go to a doctor; he diagnoses and then gives us the appropriate medicine. At this moment, you have to fully understand Sant Mat and be sure that it is the right Path for you. And then you may get Initiation, do meditation and achieve your goal. Q 16. Master, if we have temptation to do something wrong, how should we avoid it? Babaji - Attend regular satsang. It is a constant reminder and a hammering that helps us to keep our ideas and minds straight. This can help you from falling into the traps of temptation. Q 17. Sat guru, who controls the world, Kal or Dayal? Babaji - Dayal! Kal is only under Dayal. In this world if you make an offence the government cannot do much. It is only the Judge who can punish or imprison you! Q 18. Master, I am in medical career & there we have to dissect so many animals. By doing this, do we create karmas? Babaji - Every breath that we take creates karma. Every action taken by us has to follow with the consequent reactions. You have to draw a line somewhere. Sant mat has told you what is right & wrong. It is up to you to decide. Q 19. Master, can you throw some light on free will and destiny regarding meditation? Babaji - We have a limited free will. We have a choice to any action- for e.g. as to which foot to put in front, the left or the right, when we start walking after getting down from a car. But of course, we are bound by the reaction of that action. Q 20. Master, is mercy killing allowed in Santmat? Babaji - What you cannot give, you cannot take. If you cannot give a life, you have no right to take a life. Q 21. Master, is it right to give alms to beggars in India? Babaji - It is good to share with everyone what you have. If the money you give to beggars helps them to buy food-it good. But if he uses that money wrongly - to buy alcohol, then that karma we have to bear. So do what you feel comfortable with and use your judgment. Q 22. Master, I am longing to have a close Darshan. Can you please grant us? Babaji - There are 4000 people here. If I give close Darshan to everybody, what will happen to me? Moreover you should crave for Darshan inside, not physical Darshan. Your body has to be left behind when we die, and so do I. Q 23. Master, can you bless me and give me initiation? Babaji - We are all struggling souls on this earth. If we were not sinners, we would not be here. The day we are perfect we will go back to the lord. He will call us! Q 24. In Dera, many sewadars ask personal questions as to how many hours you meditate. Is it wrong? Babaji - Tell them: "None of your business" Q. Maharaj ji, is that not impolite? Babaji - You may just say: "It is personal. I do not wish to answer." Q 25. Master, if some one is in the room, how can we sit in the shabad position? Babaji - Sit in simran position & listen to shabad. Q 26. Maharaj ji, I have never seen you so close. I had heard you
Babaji - It is better you leave it that way. You will break the illusion. Q 27. Maharaj ji, what if our faith disappears by the time we receive initiation? Babaji - Make it more stronger brother. It is all the more reason to wait & take initiation. Q 28. Maharaj ji, when should we switch from bhajan to simran? Babaji - That was explained very clearly during initiation. Q 29. Master, do thoughts create karmas? Babaji - No, only if you put them into action. Thoughts lead to actions and then it is difficult to resist those thoughts - with the result we end up creating bad karma. Q 30. Master, there has been a lot of favoritism in giving seva? Babaji - How would you like to do? Can you do the selections? Q. No. Babaji - Brother, they are doing the best they can. If you cannot do it, please do not point fingers at others. They have given the seva to the people, who they think, according to their judgment, are capable of executing them. Q 31. Master, why is it that they do not give seva to non- satsangis. In Beas there is no such thing. Everyone is allowed to do seva? Babaji - There must have been a lot (excess) of sevadars. This is just a way of the organizers of cutting down the number of sevadars as they will not be required. Q 32. Master, why is initiation important? Why is not eating meat enough? Babaji - Sometimes just by doing a certain action is not enough. You have to channelize them in the right direction. Sometimes you can be running around the whole day (in circles), and you may not have achieved anything. Q 33. Master, my seva is giving lifts to people to satsang. Master, can my desire be fulfilled of you sitting in my car? Babaji - Brother, if I sit in everyone's car, what will happen to me? Q. I am talking only of my car. Will it be fulfilled? Babaji - Will see. Q 34. Master, when would you start granting initiation? Babaji - When HE wishes. Q 35. Master, should we pray for desires? Babaji - The more desires are fulfilled; the more new ones will be created. You should ask the Lord, for the Lord Himself, to do your bhajan, simran and merge with the Lord. Q 36. Maharaj ji, can I be initiated by Rajneesh? Babaji - You have to choose what is right for you. Q 37. We are all unhappy in this world. Is God unhappy too? Babaji - When a child is sick, the mother too feels pain, mostly more pain. Q 38. Maharaj ji, for two years, I have been sitting in meditation and it was all peaceful. Recently when sitting, it attracts me to lower centers and then it destroys meditation for the next few weeks. Babaji - Strengthen your meditation. Ups and downs do come. The mind is very strong and Kal will do his duty of not allowing you to reach God when he sees you are trying to go out of his clutches. You have to be more powerful than mind and Kal and with persuasion and dedication, you can overcome them. Q 39. Maharaj ji, I have been recording audiotapes and I am very good at it. I have won a lot of awards and appreciations. It is all with your Grace. Can you help me further? Babaji - Brother, there are too many RS shabad cassettes out. Do not do it. Whatever is there right now is enough. The mind wants variety. One must channelize all energy only into meditation. The consumers should not buy tapes from outside Dera. Q 40. Maharaj ji, my father was a seeker. My father died and I know he is at peace. When I die, will I be able to meet him? Babaji - Sister, some learn the easy way, some learn the hard way. Once our karmic relations/associations are over, we have to leave this world by one way or other and only HE will decide how, when and where. Once the soul leaves, they don't know who they are. There is no mother, no father, and no king as in this world. This world is a stage; we all are puppets and actors playing our parts. Once our body is finished, we disperse and don't know who is who. If we remain attached to our past we are getting confused. Q 41. Maharaj ji, you said in God's court there is no caste, no color. Then how come our parents make us marry the man of the same caste and we have to be obedient to them? Babaji - No parent will take a wrong decision for their children. They always think well because they love us. Every caste has their customs and rules made by our forefathers according to the background and situations during those times long back. It is difficult to change them because it is easier to adjust to our own customs, habits, attitudes, etc; which we have been used to and have been following all this time. Q 42. Maharaj ji, I have a lot of back pain. I have shown the doctor and there is something wrong in the disc. I cannot sit too long. Babaji - Sister, lie down and do your bhajan simran. Q. I feel sleepy when I lie down. Babaji - Only when doing bhajan simran you feel sleepy. When doing other things, you do not feel sleepy! Try and you will succeed! Q 43. Maharaj ji, we are so happy to see you here that we feel like crying. Babaji - Then don't see my face! Q 44. Maharaj ji, I am a seeker and sometimes when I think of you, I cry a lot. My mother has told me that those tears are very precious. Babaji - Sister, crying is just an emotion. You should learn to control your emotions. We should learn how to channelize these tears. Q 45. Maharaj ji, when we talk of Tim Horton's, the first thing that comes to our mind is coffee and doughnuts. When we say "Radha swami" the first thing we do is raise folded hands. What does Radha Soami means? Babaji - Radha means soul; Soami means father. Therefore Radha Soami means Father of the Soul. Q 46. Maharaj ji, when a person is totally gone and we are using
Babaji - Sister, you should take that decision. If you think right to leave it to nature, why not leave everything to nature. If you had a headache, don't you take the action to take medicine? Q. Yes
Babaji - Then why don't you leave it to nature? You have no right to
Q 47. Maharaj ji, we commit a lot of sins. How can we be forgiven? Babaji - You must realize your mistakes and do not do them again. Q. Master, please forgive us. Babaji - Master is ever ready to forgive his children. Can you
Q 48. Master, can I have some seva in Beas? Babaji - Write to the secretary. Q. Master, nothing can take place without your Grace. Babaji - First write the letter. Q 49. Master, whose dhyan should we do of? Babaji - Do dhyan of your master. Q 50. Master, my father was a seeker and he died. Would you take care of seekers? Babaji - The day the soul has yearning for the Master, HE takes care of those souls. Q 51. Master, my brother's friend was sitting in bhajan. He sat for 1 & ½ days. Then we showed him to the doctor and he said that he was dead. Babaji - Brother, why do we sit in bhajan? To go away from this world and leave it behind! Q 52. Maharaj ji, all mystics and saints came down to earth to
Q 53. Master, there are situations we cannot handle. Babaji - Do simran & leave the rest to the Master. Q 54. Maharaj ji, your posture is so straight, you don't even move. How is that? Babaji - Practice makes you perfect. Q 55. Maharaj ji, yesterday you said you would come again soon. How soon and where?
Babaji - I said soon. Let's leave it at that. Q. (But he insisted)
Babaji - Brother, don't try to pin me down. If you pin me down, I will also pin you down and ask you when are you going to fulfill the promise you made at the time of initiation? Q 56. Master, what should satsangis talk before and after satsang? Babaji - Brother, we know what is good and what is wrong! Sant mat has laid down the guidelines. You have to decide for yourself. Nobody can tell you what to do every minute of our life. Whatever takes you towards meditation is good and what takes you away from meditation is bad. Q 57. Master when can we receive initiation? Babaji - Patience is a virtue. Q 58. Master, you said: Don't take what you can't give- what about mosquitoes & cockroaches? Babaji - Sister, we have to live in this world and we create karmas. Some karmas can be burnt with meditation. If you wear a light shirt on your body, you can easily take the load of your single shirt. But if some one puts 200lbs on your head, you would bend. It is too heavy. Q. So, you are telling me it is better the mosquito bites me than to kill it? Babaji - Well, if you can take it, it is fine. Q 59. Master as seekers, can we meditate?
Q 60. To love Master more and more, we should get an opportunity to come closer & closer to the Master? Babaji - You see your boss everyday. Do you love him more everyday? You probably hate him. Q 61. Maharaj ji, my parents are dead. In due course, I will forget them. Will we forget Maharaj ji (Charan Singh ji) too? Babaji - This is a circle, the more meditation you do, and the more love comes in you. The more love comes, the more meditation you do. P.S : All the words mentioned here are not exactly Babaji's. She continues, "Baba Ji, I had a dream that you came to my house and had a chocolate cake" Baba Ji replied "Sister, I always come but most of the time you are not there!"
