The practical value of the work is to several methods and approaches, giving
sample activities to teach the integration of the four skills.
Theoretical importance of the graduation
paper is determined by the
necessity of detailed and comprehensive analysis of improving the integration of the
four skills in secondary school.
In our opinion the
practical significance of our work is hard to be overvalued.
This work reflects modern trends in linguistics and we hope it would serve as a good
manual for those who want to master modern English language. Also this work can
be used by teachers of English language for teaching English.
The present work might find a good way of implying in the following spheres:
1.In Higher Educational Institutions and scientific circles of linguistic kind it
can be successfully used by teachers and philologists as modern material for writing
research works dealing with improving the integration of the four skills.
2. It can be used by teachers of schools, lyceums and colleges by teachers of
English as a practical manual for improving the integration of the four skills.
3. It can be useful for everyone who wants to enlarge his/her knowledge in
English.
This graduation paper consists of the introduction,
two chapters, eight sub-
chapters, conclusion, bibliography and glossary. The first chapter is devoted review
of the linguistic and methodological literatures and articles on the ways of improving
integrated skills. This chapter is divided into four sub-chapters: 1)Reading skill 2)
Listening skill 3) Writing skill 4)
Speaking skill
The second chapter reviews Practical implementation of methods and ways of
improving integrated skills. There are four sub-chapters: 1)
Integrated-skills
approach 2) Authentic communication 3) Classroom management 4) The ways of
improving reading,listening,writing and speaking
The next part of the work is conclusion. There is a summary of the research
done in the graduation work.
