Problems of formation of the financial market of Azerbaijan
REZUME
The thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and bibliography.

ıIn the introduction the relevance of the topic, the purpose and objectives are shown scientific novelty and practical signiticance of the study.

In the first chapter examined the nature and role of the financial market, the stages of formation and legal framework of the financial market of Azerbaijan Republic.

In the second chapter studied the analysis and evaluation of the turnover of government and corporate securities, formation and evaluation of the current state

of the market and the currency market, the problems of its regulation.

In the third chapter identified improving the legal framework of state regulation of the financial markets and ways of strengthening international relations of Azerbaijan Republic.

In conclusion, the main findings are shown resulting from the study
