3.11 Basis for Award Award(s) may be made by district. The Department shall award a contract to the responsive and responsible Respondent(s) that the Department determines will provide the best value to the State and whose response earned a minimum of 70 points (minimum 30 points in qualifications). The Department reserves the right to reject any and all replies, if the Department determines such action is in the best interest of the State. The Department further reserves the right to award the contract, if any, to a single Respondent.
3.12 Price Pricing on any state term contract resulting from this solicitation will be an established ceiling price. Customers are encouraged to seek quotes from multiple contractors and to negotiate lower costs in accordance with their particular project or needs.
