a clip over adjacent clips, retaining the selected clip’s original In and
Out points. You

and Out points.

You’ve reached the end of the line—the beginning or end of the original clip. There
are no additional head or tail frames to enable you to move the edit any further.

Replace Clip replaces a single targeted clip on the Timeline with a new clip from the
Project panel. Replace Footage replaces a clip in the Project
panel with a new source
clip. Any instance of the clip in any sequence in the project is replaced. In both cases,
the effects of the replaced clip are maintained.
