This course examines the basic concepts of law and the preliminary issues in Turkish legal system by which some certain categories of the relationships among individuals inhabited in Turkey are regulated. We will also look at the basics of the institutional and the organisational structure through which the market-based allocation of resources is guaranteed.

Dersin Amacı (Öğrenme Çıktıları)
Anayasa hukuku kendine has geniş çerçevesi içerisinde esas olarak Anayasanın yorumu ve uygulanışı hususunu ele alacaktır. Devletin normatif örgütlenişinin temeli olarak anayasa hukuk toplumumuzdaki bazı esaslı ilişki setlerini ele alacaktır. Anayasanın yorumunda Anayasa Mahkemesi’nin önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Buna ilaveten, ders, öğrencinin, hukukun üstünlüğü ve sosyal devlet de dahil olmak üzere, anayasa hukukunun temel kavramlarını içselleştirerek anlamasını hedefler.

Objective of Course and Learning Outcomes
The broad topic of constitutional law deals with the interpretation and implementation of the Turkish Constitution (http://www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.overview.html). As the Constitution is the foundation of the Turkish State, constitutional law deals with some of the fundamental relationships within our society. The Constitutional Court has played a crucial role in interpreting the Constitution. In addittion, the course will enable the students to understand the basic concepts of constitutional law inculding the principle of rule of law and social state.

Dersin amacı, öğrenciye iktisadi analizin temel kavram ve analiz aletlerini vermektir. Genel olarak öğrencinin gerçek dünya sorunları üzerine “iktisadi” bir biçimde düşünebilmeleri hedeflenmektedir. Temel odak, iktisadın kavramsal temellerini incelemektir. Bu kursta esas olarak bireysel seçim problemlerini ele alan mikroiktisat incelenmektedir.
