9. A prioritised action plan list based on the SWOT analysis contained
in the SER Priorities of the Long-term Plan of the Ministry of Education for 2005-2010 the draft of which is currently being discussed (at higher education institutions) are internationalisation and enhancement of the quality of university management system (including attention to young teachers). That is why the self-evaluation team listed the following priorities for the university leadership to focus on (see the left column of the table).
