Record and maintain the results of project supervision and monitoring throughout the life of the project. It will present summary progress reports on ESMF/ESMP implementation and the environmental and social aspects of subprojects on a semi-annual basis to the World Bank, and as part of this reporting, provide updates on any AESP related arrangements. This will include updates on any grievances/feedback received, during the reporting period, and on how those were addressed;
Prepare semi-annual reports on the progress of implementation of the provisions of ESMF and measures proposed by subproject=specific ESMPs;
In accordance with SEP, regularly inform stakeholders on the status of the project implementation and project environmental and social performance.
