7. Terms of Cancellation and alterations of Reserved Services
7.1. The Customer is financially responsible for the no-show. Funds for travel services not received as a result of late arrivals of tourists are non-refundable.
In case of cancellation of confirmed reservation, the customer pays a fine to the Agency within the following framework:
- Cancellations up to 7 days before arrivals of tourists - no penalty will be charged;
-The Cancellation policy of each individual request are based on the cancellation policy of each individual hotel and/ or other sub-contractor of the agency. The agency is obligated to inform the customer regarding the cancellation policy of each individual request upon reservation;
Specific terms of cancelation policy and responsibilities as may be defined in the Supplements to this Contract, as well as may be specified when confirming the reservations by the Agency.
7.2. In case tourist refuse some or all the services included in program agreed by the parties and in case of interruption of the tour cause by violation of the current legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic by tourist or by some other similar circumstances, non-rendered services are not compensated .
7.3. Should the parties be unable to fulfill their obligations under this Contract due to Force Majeure (disasters, fire, military actions, the decisions of the governments, strikes and etc.) they are not bound to fulfill the obligations.
