  It was suggested that the proponent should add a short description of the SEI message semantics which is aligned with the AVC amendment in w15124.

  The report provides verification test results for decoder, display and encoder power reduction.
  

1. M36671: Entropic Decoding Analysis for Green MPEG

• 
  Simulations are provided to show that CAVLC has 10 to 15% less decoding time than CABAC at the same bitrate.
  
• 
  It was suggested that the simulations should be modified to show the difference between CAVLC and CABAC at the same quality. This would support using representations with either entropy coding in a DASH streaming scenario.
