- Conduct Producer’s Group meeting (1 per sem)
brief about rules & regulation, musician, song, arrangement, practise time, and rehearsal time

Producers
- Get finalized contact list from performers/producer’s AJK for NTLP
- Arrange musician, vocalist, producer, and arranger.
- Prepare Training for Musician & Vocalist during Preparation Camp集训
- Group fixed band, prepare pocket songs. (for external performance, FM publicity)[2 groups minimum]

Practice time
- Get time table from performers/producer’s AJK
- Prepare a practice timetable

Songs
- Filter submitted song demos
- Remind arranger prepare Chord for every songs (if needed)
- Finalize arrangement of songs
- Translate lyrics
- Update and confirm lyrics from lyricist and pass it to Teknikal once the lyric is finalise
- Update song improvement with each producer
- Prepare finalized early arrangement (1 month before NTLP) 1 song for MV, another song for Dancer 伴舞, (discuss with program and dancer)
- Take list for General Instruments/equipment for all performance/every song (refer back every song instrument list]

- Prepare feedback forms.

Rehearsal
- Arrange transport for all producers.
- Confirm attendance of producers before the rehearsal.
- Prepare rehearsal comment form.
- Do audio recording.

Band Room
- Cleanliness
- Make sure got instruments are sufficient
- In charge of sending spoilt instrument for repair
- Know the location of instrument anytime and anywhere.
- Arrange transport for instrument.
