3. Program Group (Jia Hui):

Propose and plan the theme, concept, flow(detail), type of the program.

Tentative - Arrange the program flow -Prepare Queue list for program flow

催场 (总监only) - Choose and train runners,催场

Song - Choose which songs to be accompanied by dance *Think of MV story, find actors, shoot and produce video - Choose which songs that needs short clip

Emcee - Find and train emcee (including searching trainers for emcee) - Prepare emcee script (formal & informal) - Do props for emcee - Prepare background music needed

4. Technical Group

Event technicality issues, Properties handling and stage planning

Properties - Finalise NT property list =instruments, jacks, wires, speakers, mixers, percussions, amps: Make sure every instrument usable. (separate the non-usable one) - Take care of instrument

PA system - Take quotation from Major Seven -Learn the details of quotation and discuss system needed together with Producer group, Lighting group and Program group

-Apply ALL RELEVANT music instrument from DECTAR

Stage Plan - Make Stage plan (arrange for instrument, vocalist, formal emcee standing place …) - Go DECTAR to check and measure the area n length of stage - Check plug in DECTAR,( power, projector etc)

Song - Take list for General Instruments/equipment for all performance/every song (refer back every song instrument list]

Prepare multimedia show, silent clip, all slides and presentation that need to be shown on projector. In charge of event day, promotional, rehearsal and other video shooting and photography and upload.

Silent clip - Propose idea, plan & produce silent clip

MMS - Plan MMS - Produce MMS - Plan a day to have photo shooting session (for every group)

Slides - Find Negaraku, varsity kita - Prepare slides for songs(lyrics) *get lyrics from producer group

Trailer - Plan and produce PV (cooperate with Publicity)

Blog -Update blog of New Tune with events, information….etc

Others - Prepare recording & its equipment in every rehearsal - Make sure there is enough tool for record and shooting and prepare a backup

For 总监only - Learn to operate mixer & sound system -In-charge of mixer n speakers during rehearsal - make sure it is ready before rehearsal starts
