Nəticə
Bütün dünyanın məişət zorakılığına qarşı
birləşməsi, qadınlara qarşı ayrı-seçkiliyin bütün
formalarının ləğv edilməsi haqqında ‖ Konvensiyanın qəbul olunması, dövlətimizin bu yönümdə
vacib qərarları, hökumət və qeyri-hökumət təşkilatların məişət zorakılığın
mübarizəsi uğrunda
fəaliyyərləri öz müsbət nəticəsini verir. Lakin statistikadan irəli gələrək demək olar ki, zorakılıq
halları hələ də davam edir. Bu o deməkdir ki, bu istiqamətdə maarifləndirmə davam etməli, bu kimi
hadisələrin qarşısı mümkün qədər alınmalıdır.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND THE CURRENT SITUATION SUMMARY
Summary
Domestic violence is a form of abuse and mistreatment of one person by another person in
marriage or cohabitation. It implies the cohabitation of these persons, both actual and in the past.
The Istanbul Convention defines domestic violence as "domestic violence" and includes all cases of
violence between current or former spouses or cohabitants, regardless
of whether the victim lives
together or not [1]. It is not uncommon for husbands to harass, threaten and physically abuse their
former spouses, injure victims, and even kill the victim.
Approximately one in three women in the world has ever been subjected to violence, the
adoption of laws prohibiting domestic violence in 35 countries at the end of the twentieth century,
etc. Looking ahead, we can say that domestic violence has already become a serious social problem.
This type of violence is passed down from generation to generation
and has a great impact on
society, ultimately harming families and impoverishing communities. At the same time, domestic
violence reinforces other forms of violence. Domestic violence in every country in the world causes
women,
children, the elderly, parents countless suffering,
injustice, psychologically living in
constant fear and tension, and
in the worst case, taking their own lives.
