Summary
The relevance of this article is that more and more modern universities are interested in
internationalization because they are trying to be recognized at the international level. In addition,
more and more future students from different countries have the opportunity to choose the
universities and countries in which they want to study. At the same time, the attraction of
international students to universities is related to the problem of their adaptation to new conditions,
and this is a rather important task facing the universities of the world. The purpose of the study is to
study the features of adaptation of foreign students to the socio-cultural environment of education in
world universities, as well as to determine the problems faced by students while studying in world
universities. As a research method, we used a questionnaire survey as a method that allows for a
quick and efficient investigation of the characteristics and problems that arise during the adaptation
of international students. Research results: the article deals with the social and communicative
adaptation of international students studying in foreign universities. Features of adaptation process
in representation of international students in world universities are described. The novelty and
originality of the research is that the main factors influencing the choice of adaptation of foreign
students are taken into account.
