Genesis 3:4-5 “You will not surely die,” the serpent said to the woman. “For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” And yet, this is one of their tenants as we’ve seen before. Here’s a video excerpt describing this serious false teaching being promoted in Shirley MacLaine’s movie, ‘Out on a Limb.’ “Shirely MacLaine was Time Magazine’s poster girl for the New Age Movement in the 1980’s. MacLaine starred in the biographical mini-series ‘Out on a Limb’ based on her journey in New Age belief. The series has been called ‘The most talked about mini-series of all time.’ The title ‘Out on a Limb’ refers to the risk involved in seeking the fruit of ‘the Tree of Knowledge.’ John Heard’s character, David Manning, states in the movie: ‘Mayan told me to tell you one thing if you had a hard time with this. She said in order to get to the fruit of the tree you have to go out on a limb.’ Mayan is a spirit guide sending a message to MacLaine. A message that is repeated throughout the series. David Manning: ‘I am god.’ MacLaine: ‘I am god.’ Manning: ‘I am god.’ Manning and MacLaine in unison: ‘I am god...I am god…I AM GOD! I AM GOD! I AM GOD!’”
Really? Jesus specifically warned about this phrase as a sign we’re living in the Last Days. Matthew 24:3-5 “As Jesus was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately. “Tell us,” they said, “when will this happen, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?” Jesus answered: “Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in My Name, claiming, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.”
Really? Well, first of all the Bible says we are to “rule” over the earth which is not synonymous with “abuse.” We are to be wise “stewards” of it. Nobody promoting pouring toxic waste into our water supply. Secondly, there’s a major difference between being a “steward” of the earth and “worshipping” the earth, which is what these people promote. In fact the Bible says, this is why the wrath of God is coming. Romans 1:18-25 “The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.”
Really? The Bible says in Romans 3:23,6:23 “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Really? The Bible says Jesus rose from the dead! Acts 13:34,35 “The fact that God raised him from the dead, never to decay. You will not let your Holy One see decay.” Those others guys are decaying because they’re dead!
Really? The Bible says this is an abomination to God! Deuteronomy 18:9-12 “When you enter the land the Lord your God is giving you, do not learn to imitate the detestable ways of the nations there. Let no one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord.” And yet, that’s precisely what they do. They contact actual demons for their actual teachings, as this report shows: “This man channels a spirit calling itself “Bashar” who seems to hold his audience spellbound as he tells them they are equal to the Creator of the Universe. “Bashar”: That’s why all are made in the image of the infinite Creator and what that means is you are all infinite creators. Jack Purcell has become one of the more popular channels possessed by a spirit named “Lazaris.” “Lazaris”: Indeed it a pleasure to be talking with you and uh well, shall we begin where you’d like to begin. Lazaris tells the listener that God is already within man and that if man wants to find God he only needs to find himself. Jane Roberts was a new age pioneer who channeled a spirit known as “Seth”. Roberts sold more than a million copies of her books and have inspired many. Rick Stack: Clearly the main message that Seth is trying to say is that people are gods in training. Some may find it interesting that the name Seth is synonymous with the Egyptian god Set. And in the realm of the occult, Set is one of the infernal names of satan.”
Really? Jesus said in John 14:6 “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
Wait a second. They don’t really believe that do they? Yes they do! Listen to them for yourself. A magazine called the Omega Letter says that “...there is only one obstacle to [world] unity -- Christianity..” It goes on to say that “Christianity claims ‘supernatural knowledge’ and ‘divine revelation’ and therefore, should not be tolerated”. Gus Hall the former leader of the Communist party in America said, “I dream of a time when the last Congressman is strangled to death on the guts of the last preacher...and since the Christians love to sing about the blood, why not give a little bit of it.” Jesus said “Yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God a service. And these things they do unto you, because they have not known the Father, nor Me. But these things have I told you, that when the time shall come, ye may remember that I told you of them” John 16:2-4.”32 Hmmm. That’s sounds a lot like Jesus’ other warning in Matthew 24 where He said, “See I’ve told you ahead of time.” You need to be prepared! And folks, you might be tempted to think that nobody in their right mind is ever going to fall for this bologna, especially the annihilation of Christians! I mean, come on! We’re supposed to be a Christian Nation, right? But people, I’m telling you, that’s all part of the seduction. As we saw, apparently you can just claim to be a Christian and somehow you are one, and that’s a lie. But this New Age Movement is also secretly introducing this lie, right under people’s noses! And I quote: “Today, the New Age movement appears to be a loose knit group of innocent organizations with ambiguous goals or leadership. But beneath the surface there is a definite, organized, secret leadership and strategy which guides the vast movement.”33 And people, that’s why as of 1995, New Agers represented 20% of the population of the United States making them the 3rd largest religious group.34 And so the question is, “How are they able to get so many converts here in America? Again, we’re supposed to be a Christian Nation? Well, the 1st way their seducing people is by promoting it through a Hollywood Mogul. Folks, believe it or not folks, New Age, thanks to Hollywood, not only has the largest Church in the world, but their false teachings are being promoted every single day on TV. Let’s see if you can guess who it is. “Have you hear about the largest church in the world? The first service was March 3, 2008 with an attendance of over 300,000. The attendance now is over 2 million and they conducted the first ever mass trance on March 17, 2008. What do they teach? -Who you are requires no belief -Heaven is not a location but refers to the inner realm of consciousness -The man on the cross is an archetypal image. He is every man and every woman
The leader’s website teaches these lessons: -My mind is part of God’s. I am very holy -My holiness is my salvation -My salvation comes from me -Let me remember that there is no sin -Do not make the pathetic error of “clinging to the old rugged cross” -The only message of the crucifixion is that you can overcome the cross Have you hear of this church? Or maybe it’s leader? Oprah Winfrey. Years ago she denied Jesus is the only way. Today she has turned her millions of her adoring fans over to new age doctrine. Christians are letting this into their homes and are being deceived. Christians are confused... Kelly (Afton, Illinois) In reading books such as Tolle, it’s really opened up my eyes to a new way of thinking, a new form of spirituality that doesn’t always align with the teachings of Christianity. So my question is to you Oprah, how do you reconcile these spiritual teachings with your Christian beliefs? Oprah: I reconciled it because I was able to open my mind about the um-the absolute, indescribable hugeness of that which we call god. I took God out of the box, because I grew up in the Baptist Church and there were, you know, rules and belief systems and doctrine. I believe that God is love and that God is in all things and so that when the search for something more than doctrine-uh-started to stir within me. Oprah to Tolle: The essence of all consciousness isn’t something to believe. God Is.
Oprah: God is. And God is a feeling experience not a believing experience. Tolle: That’s right. Oprah: And if that your religion is a believing experience. If God for you is still about a belief, then it’s not truly God. ”35 Excuse me? And people wonder why I call her, “Oprah-Wan-Kenobi.” It’s because she’s one of the biggest New Age Priestesses on the planet, next to Shirley McClaine, who by the way she’s had on her show a multiple times! Shocker! But folks, what’d it say? Even we Christians are being seduced when we voluntarily indoctrinate ourselves in New Age lies by watching her program, or dare I say, attend her Church services on TV every day! It’s a sign we’re living in the Last Days! Why? Because the Bible says in the Last Days, False Prophets would come and introduce destructive heresies in the Church and steer people away from the truth, which would include, “The Oprah Wan Kenobi Show!” (BREAK: PART 13) But that’s not all. And the 2nd way the New Age Movement is seducing people with their lies and winning converts right under our noses is by the promotion of a Healthy Earth. That’s right, I’m talking about the Environmental Movement. Little do people know that the tenets of environmentalism has its roots in the occultic beliefs of the New Age Movement. But don’t take my word for it. Let’s listen to God’s. Romans 1:18-25 “The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities – His eternal power and divine nature – have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. For although they knew God, they neither glorified Him as God nor gave thanks to Him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles. Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator – Who is forever praised. Amen.” Now folks again, we were here last week, and what we saw was that clearly one of the reasons why the wrath of God is being revealed from heaven was because people have the audacity to what? To worship the earth, a created thing, rather than the Creator…God, right? And as we saw this was one of the major mega tenants, the false teachings of the New Age Movement. Let’s take a look at that again.
And what we saw was that yes the Bible says we are to “rule” over the earth but that’s not synonymous with “abuse” the earth. We are to be “wise stewards” of it and nobody, even Christians are promoting we are to get busy pouring toxic waste into our water supply. That’s a bunch of baloney! It’s a straw man argument. And secondly, there’s a major difference between being a “wise steward” of the earth and “worshipping” the earth, which is New Age espouses! Now here’s the point. The average person thinks that they are helping to save the earth when in reality they are helping to spread the beliefs of the New Age Movement. And the 1st way Environmentalism is doing that is by the promotion of an Earth Worship. What? Yeah, folks, think about it. Does not the environmental movement believe that the earth, plants and animals are sacred, almost to the point of worship? Uh huh! And do they not say that man and Christianity is the biggest culprit for the destruction of the earth? Uh huh? And what’s that sound like? Sounds like New Age to me! Just like using “Oprah-Wan-Kenobi” in Hollywood to promote their lies, they’re also using Environmentalism to do the same! And for those of you who think they don’t actually worship the earth, you need to read this video excerpt radical environmental extremists! Video begins with Earth First group in the woods. Then (Weeping heard in the distance) (Group seen sitting on the forest floor all weeping and crying) Commentator: Deep in the woods in North Carolina an extremist eco-group called Earth First for Whales In Violation of American Nature. Woman from the group crying and screaming: “I WANT TO MOURN THE LOSS OF ALL THE OLD GROWTH TREES I SEE AND TELL THEM THAT WE LOVE THEM AND THAT WE DON’T WANT THEM TO DIE. THAT WE ARE SOME PEOPLE HERE WHO DO CARE. SO I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT TREES – THAT WE CARE!” Syndee L’ome Grace: “I think that we are deeply hurting in America. I think we are deeply craving answers. I think we’ve lost our identity as we have evolved into technology and into industrialized society. Bring me to this cathedral [woods]. Bring me to theses guys [trees] Bring me to this rock that has the most incredible life. That makes me feel alive.”37
Kids are singing with their hands to their hearts: “I pledge allegiance to the earth to care for land and sea and air. To cherish every living thing with peace and justice everywhere. With peace and justice everywhere.”39 Gee, what happened to going to school to learn Reading, Writing, and Arithmetic? In fact folks, a new UN document has recently been proposed to, “Give Mother Earth the Same Rights as Humans.” And that would include bugs, trees, and all other “natural things.”40 Sounds to me like somebody’s promotion of New Age lies through Hollywood and the Environmental Movement is working like a charm, how about you? Uh huh! In fact, little do people know that this may very well be one of the reasons why people refuse to repent and get saved during the 7-year Tribulation. Revelation 9:20 “The rest of mankind that were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the work of their hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood – idols that cannot see or hear or walk.” What? You mean to tell me that people will be worshipping wood in the Last Days instead of getting right with God? Gee whiz, good thing we don’t see any signs of that happening. Yeah, right! People, it’s already happening, which means, we are living in the Last Days! Oh, but that’s not all. The 2nd way Environmentalism is helping to promote New Age lies is by the promotion of a Global Worship. What? Are you serious! Uh huh! And again, as we saw last week, this was one of the major mega tenants, another false teaching of the New Age Movement. Let’s take a look at that again.
And so here’s the point. Think about it. Does not the environmental movement also promote a return to more “earth-centered” religions and a global movement to unify people in order to save the earth? Uh huh! The say we need to submit ourselves to some form of drastic global control because unless we do the planet will expire and so will we! Aaaahhhh! In fact, one of the biggest environmental groups, the Sierra Club, has gone on record as stating this: “‘Turn to the traditions of ancient cultures’ such as Buddhist meditations and Native American Hopi rituals in order to ‘reaffirm our bond with the spirit of the living earth. The more you contact the voice of the living earth and evaluate what it says, the easier it will become for you to contact it and trust what it provides.’”42
Caryl: Mr Coburn, why should we care about Earth Day or Mother Earth? James Coburn: Mother Earth is our mother. She’s the mother goddess. She’s the one we should be praising rather than raping. I mean all of these people here today are here for one reason. Because they are concerned about what’s happening and about what mankind is doing to the earth. I mean the negative emotions we carry around alot of us is another contributor with all peace to the moon. But what we need to do is to be true to ourselves be true to mother earth. Mother earth is going to be bountiful. She’s going to give us everything we need. She has for a long time. We’ve lost our way. The pagans used to know how to do it, and the Indians-some of them remember how to do it. The earth is a living organism. We’re killing the one we love the most- and she loves us. We’ve got to praise our mother goddess.”43

Lauren Green: Hey! Well alot of people, it really is across the board theoretically speaking or religiously speaking. Here are the top green religious people according to Live Earth. We’ve got Rev. Joel Hunter. He’s a senior pastor at Northland Church in Longwood, Florida. He was actually offered Head of the Christian Coalition but turned it down because he wanted to focus on issues such as poverty and environmental protection. Then Norman Hobble is a theology professor out of Australia. He edited something called the Earth Bible. Then of course there’s Pope Benedict XVI and yesterday he issued a statement that said, “The people of faith must listen to the voice of the earth or risk destroying its very existence.” We also have the Archbishop of Canterbury-Rowan Williams-head of the Anglican Church and of course the Buddhist leader the Dalai Lama. But one thing you should add to this list is the National Evangelical Association because 2 years ago it issued a letter to 50,000 member churches which means it’s 30 million evangelicals saying that, ‘We affirm that God-given dominion is a sacred responsibility and that government has an obligation to protect it’s citizens from the affects of environmental degradation.’ So it’s a big movement all across the board.”44 Excuse me? Yeah, I’d say it’s a big movement alright. It’s a big movement to push for a One World Religion, just like New Age wants, even in the Church! Excuse me? An Earth Bible? And I quote, “Green guru, James Lovelock, warned last week that ‘The Green Religion’ is now taking over from the Christian religion…and ‘a Green Bible is now available at your local Christian bookstore!’” And maybe that’s why one guy stated, “Maybe it won’t be long before recycling, carbon-foot reductions, and riding bicycles to work become the new religious duties of the faithful.”45 You know, something we can all agree on! But that’s still not all!
