ICT Infrastructure for 2010 FIFA Soccer World Cup and the International Broadcasting Centre (IBC) fully operationalised
FWC ICT Infrastructure at the 10 FWC host stadia and International Broadcast Centre (IBC) were successfully delivered as per FIFA specification and within schedule. The Infrastructure was successfully operated for the duration of the FWC event (11 June to 11 July 2010)
Telkom and Sentech respectively confirmed 100% and 99.99% availability of broadcast signal from the 10 host stadia to the IBC.
