Policy on use of satellites for communication development	A draft Policy on Use of Satellites for Communication was developed. Cabinet submission of the Policy on use of satellites for communications was moved to next financial year.		X		HR capacity constraints however work is underway.
Draft Policy developed and is undergoing internal consultation.
Cabinet approval on the e-Connectivity Plan for schools and health centres obtained	A draft Connectivity Plan for schools and health centres was developed however it was not finalised and hence it was not submitted to Cabinet for approval.		X		National Treasury requires input in order to consolidate the e-connectivity plan into a business case.	The engagement with the Department of Health is currently taking place. The connectivity information from only one province has been received.
