Dear African National Federations IBSA,

Football is a mass sports discipline and a vector for bringing together men and women from all walks of life. His practice has grown more and more so today to reach a layer of pumping called Disability, the Blind and Visually impaired who produced the CECIFOOT.

COTE D'IVOIRE, great Football Nation has not remained on the sidelines of the practice of this discipline.
Better, having participated in an edition of the African Nations Championship of CECIFOOT, FISMA in collaboration with Ivory Sport Promotion (ISP) will organize the next edition of the African Nations Championship Football B1 on the banks of the lagoon Ebrié from the 15th to the 26th of November 2019. We are pleased to invite you to take part in this great Continental meeting.
This competition is qualifying for the TOKYO 2020 Paralympic Games.

IMPORTANT DATES
January 31, 2019: Deadline for file returns (following this invitation).
April 15, 2019: Send to the delegations the final files of the competition.
July 31, 2019: Deadline for returns of the final files of the competition. This file contains the exact composition of delegations, equipment information (match equipment colors, jersey numbers ...), transport information (date / time of arrival and departure), room allocations by delegation , information on financial regulations.


COST OF DELEGATIONS (ACCOMMODATION AND CATERING)
The daily cost per person is defined taking into account the following parameters:

- The taking into account of certain financial realities of the countries in Africa.

- The parties included in this cost: accommodation, catering and transportation inherent to the event.
Also, given the main objective of this competition on African soil, namely "to take Africa out of a situation of exclusion from official international competitions" and, after studying the specific situations of certain African countries, we have decided to stop the cost of participation in:
- Single room: 50 euros

- Double room: 45 euros
