Revelation 13:11-18 “Then I saw another beast, coming out of the earth. He had two horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon. He exercised all the authority of the first beast on his behalf, and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose fatal wound had been healed. And he performed great and miraculous signs, even causing fire to come down from heaven to earth in full view of men.
Because of the signs he was given power to do on behalf of the first beast, he deceived the inhabitants of the earth. He ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. He was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed.
He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name. This calls for wisdom. If anyone has insight, let him calculate the number of the beast, for it is man’s number. His number is 666.”
Now folks, according to our text, the Bible clearly says there really is coming a day when all the inhabitants of the earth are not only be under the authority of the Antichrist and economy of the Antichrist, but what? They’re going to receive the Mark of the Antichrist. They will actually be deceived into receiving some sort of mark on their bodies, either in the right hand or forehead, to connect themselves to the Antichrist system so they can “buy and sell” and escape the threat of death! But again, as always, the question is, “Could this really happen? Could the whole world really be deceived into receiving The Mark of the Beast and is there any evidence that it’s really going to take place just like the Bible said? Uh, yeah! In fact, it’s happening now!

And the 1^st way that we know really are headed for this Mark of the Beast system is the Conditioning Proof. You see folks, what most people don’t realize is that this Mark of the Beast system of the Antichrist is not only going to be put into place, because the Bible said it would, but what people don’t realize is that it’s been in the planning stages for a long time AND they’ve been working real hard folks, double time, in conditioning us to accept it, right now.

And the 1^st way they’re conditioning us to receive the Mark of the Beast is the Media Proof. Even as far back as former President Calvin Coolidge (20’s) he admitted:

Advertising in the media, is the most potent influence in adapting and changing the habits and modes of life, affecting what we eat, what we wear, and the work and play of a whole nation.”²

In other words, he admitted the media and advertisements they uses, the power of it, can convince us to buy things we don’t need, to impress people we don’t know, who in the end don’t even care, AND it shapes our belief systems. In other words, it gets us to do things we normally wouldn’t do, say like accepting the Mark of the Beast! And if you don’t believe they’re using the media and modern day advertising to get us to do just that, then let’s take a look at the historical proof.

1973: As far back as 1973, Senior Scholastics introduced school age children to the concept of buying and selling using numbers inserted in their forehead. In the September 20, 1973 feature ‘Who Is Watching You?’ the secular high school journal speculated: ‘All buying and selling in the program will be done by computer. No currency, no change, no checks. In the program, people would receive a number that had been assigned them tattooed in their wrist or forehead. The number is put on by laser beam and cannot be felt. The number in the body is not seen with the naked eye and is as permanent as your fingerprints. All items of consumer goods will be marked with a computer mark. The computer outlet in the store which picks up the number on the items at the checkstand will also pick up the number in the person’s body and automatically total the price and deduct the amount from the person’s ‘Special Drawing Rights’ account.’

1974: In the article ‘The Specter of Eugenics,’ Charles Frankel pointed out that Linus Pauling (a Nobel Prize winner) suggested that a mark be tattooed on the foot or forehead of every young person.

1980: The U.S. News and World Report warned out that the Federal Government was contemplating ‘National Identity Cards,’ without which nobody could work or conduct business.

1981: The Denver Post Sun reported that chip implants could someday replace I.D. cards. And the June 21, 1981 story read in part, ‘The chip is placed in a needle which is affixed to a simple syringe containing an anti-bacterial solution. The needle is capped and ready to forever identify something – or somebody.’

1996: The May 7, 1996 Chicago Tribune questioned the technology, wondering aloud if we could trust Big Brother under our skin?

1997: Applications for patents of subcutaneous implant devices for ‘a person or an animal’ were applied for.

1998: Time Magazine ran the story, ‘The Big Bank Theory And What It Says About The Future of Money,’ that stated, ‘Your daughter can store the money any way she wants – on her laptop, on a debit card, even (in the not too distant future) on a chip implanted under her skin.’

1998: BBC covered the first known human microchip implantation.

1998: Sunday Portland Oregonian warned that proposed medical identifiers might erode privacy rights by tracking individuals through alphanumeric health identifier technologies. The feature depicted humans with barcodes in their foreheads.

2002: FDA approves VeriChip Microchip implant for humans.

Reporter: Science fiction became reality today. The Food and Drug Administration approved a computer chip that's implanted into people. The chip would contain a person’s medical records.  The microchip has already been used to identify lost pets and as Lisa Kieva shows us, they have a lot of potential in people.

Jim Santelli: We, over the years, developed a plastic sheath, the tissue adheres to it and it doesn't move.

Kieva: It stays put in your upper arm after doctors use a syringe to implant it there. It will be marketed to people with health problems that may cause them to become unconscious. There are other uses. The military considering the chip to replace dog tags. Workplaces with tight security concerns might ditch card entry systems and ask you to implant a chip instead

2009: VeriChip, begins working with another company to develop under-the-skin devices to detect “bio-threats.”

2009: Stimulus Bill is passed in U.S. that now tracks each individual’s health records electronically and assigns an electronic ID to every person to maintain their health records.

2010: Biometric cash machines start to appear in Europe

2010: Obama Administration begins plans to require all American workers to obtain a national biometric identification card.

2010: Germany rolls out National Identity Cards embedded with RFID.

2010: One in four Germans polled want a microchip under their skin.

2011: Obama Administration begins plans to create an Internet ID for All Americans.

2012: A new microchip is developed that now knows your location within centimeters.

2012: FBI launches $1 Billion face recognition project

2012: 2013: Verizon latest commercial for its Droid DNA phone prepares people for being chipped by showing a man being implanted with various smartphone parts to merge his body and his phone.

2013: A new “biostamp tattoo” is developed that attaches to the wearer's skin and will allow them to replace ALL passwords and ALL other forms of Identification.
“A team of scientists, led by University of Illinois professor, John Rogers has created a new, less intrusive way of gathering data from the human body. Unlike conventional equipment that hardwires patients to a stationary machine; epidermal electronics as they're called, attach to the skin in the same way you'd attach a temporary tattoo.

John Rogers: Our thought was that if you could convert the electronics from the rigid boxy form that exists today into a format that looks like the skin in terms of mechanical properties, shape, stretch-a-bility, toughness. Then you could almost make like a second skin that would laminate on the surface of the biological skin in a completely seamless integrated fashion that would be essentially invisible to the user but able to deliver all this kind of new functionality through the skin.   The kind of functioning systems that we demonstrated in this paper involve devices that come out of the brain function, so they laminate on the forehead where they can monitor brainwaves and determine what certain aspects of brain activity.

You can have a normal life without restriction, you know, you can still “buy” and “sell.” Folks, did you notice that thing was already being put on the hand and the forehead? And it’s not some unsightful ugly looking thing, it can actually be embedded in a tattoo that even kids would like! And it also answers some of the skeptics out there that say it’s logistically impossible to Mark everybody on the planet at the same time. It would just take too much time they say. Really? Not if everybody gets one of those in the mail, you could do it all in one shot!

But folks, correct me if I’m wrong, but when you take a look at the timeline, I’d say somebody’s not only pretty serious about implementing this Mark of the Beast, but by the looks of it, they’re just about ready to pull the whole thing off, how about you? Apparently, the media and the advertising is working like a charm! For the first time in man’s history, it’s here! And that’s exactly what the Bible said would happen, when you are living in the Last Days!

But that’s not all. The 2^nd way they’re conditioning us to receive the Mark of the Beast is what I call the Matrix Proof. Folks, whether you realize it or not, a matrix is being created right now that connects everything on the planet that’s needed to pull off this Mark of the Beast system. It’s called the Internet. And if you’ll notice, all information, all finances, all knowledge and all forms of media, all are being connected and merged with this new invention called the Internet. And the key word there I believe is…net, the net is closing in on us! And it’s not just in existence right now, but we’ve already, in just a few short years, been conditioned to accept it and to rely upon it for almost all our needs, including financial needs. You can buy online, you can sell online, you can bank online, you can do all your studying and research online, you can shop online, you can watch TV online, you can register online, you can make your appointments online. You can do just about anything and everything online! Everything is going online, have you noticed?

Now here’s the point. It’s a giant matrix system that’s starting to control everything we do, including our finances and buying and selling and that’s what’s needed for the Mark of the Beast system! And this is why I’ve said folks, I truly believe that this term in the Bible “buying and selling,” is a loaded term. When you’re shut out of the Antichrist’s system, this matrix he’s creating, buying and selling is just the tip of the iceberg. If you think of the Internet, it’s everything! And again, here’s the problem. Right now we can access it with a certain amount of freedom, but what if one day somebody hijacked this matrix system that controls everything on the planet, then what would we do? You talk about a power play, right? Well folks, I’m here to tell you, that’s not just a theory, it’s reality now! Right now we are seeing signs of the Internet, that connects everything on the planet, including finances, to become limited. The freedom to access the Internet is being taken away, and the net is closing in on us. Let’s take look.

  China turned its back on Internet censorship promises and moves forward with a sort of “digital” Great Wall.

  Former President of Italy, Silvio Berlusconi, pushes for an “international” agreement to “regulate the Internet.”
  
• 
  Thailand’s Government begins blocking 1,000’s of websites.
  
• 
  The UK is promoting a “Digital Economy Bill” to block whatever it websites it wishes.
  
• 
  The U.S. Department of Defense begins banning employees and soldiers from certain websites.
  
• 
  Australia is working on implementing a mandatory Internet filter modeled on the Communist Chinese government system that will allow the government to block any website it desires, including “Christian” sites.
  
• 
  The World Economic Forum is calling for the Internet to be policed by means of “licenses” similar to driver’s licenses, “We need a kind of World Health Organization for the Internet. If you want to drive a car you have to have a license to say that you are capable of driving a car, the car has to pass a test to say it is fit to drive, and you have to have insurance.” The same system they say should be used for the Internet and we will need to have government permission to use the web. Or another method they’re proposing is to use mandatory fingerprint scanners like the ones that are starting to be included on new computers. “You would have to register your fingerprint at a central government data center and then scan each time you want to access the Internet. Misbehave online and your access will be denied.”

  And last week, President Obama signed another Executive Order that quietly gave himself power to seize the Internet, in the event of a national crisis of course.
  
• 
  And if you think that’s bad, the United Nations is seeking the control the whole Internet around the whole world. They’re calling it the International Telecommunication Union, or ITU, here’s the logo.
  

Their plan is to create a new set of international laws to structure the way the Internet works as well as give them global censoring capabilities. Even though one man stated, “It’ll be the biggest power grab in the U.N.’s history," the U.N. assures us that it’s just a, “Chance to create a global roadmap to connect the unconnected.”⁴
You make sure everybody’s connected to this matrix system, but make sure we control it. And if you don’t think that’s what they’re planning on doing, let’s remind ourselves of what Google’s co-founder, Sergey Brin, said. Their goal is to, “Be like the mind of God,” where they, “want to know everything about you!” And, “It’s a future that they’re working feverishly to make a reality now.” Well, how are they doing that? How are you going to connect everybody to this matrix system at all times? Well, pay attention. They’ve just come out with what’s called Google Glass. And what they are is these that you put on your head, so you can communicate to the Internet and Google, at anytime, anywhere, no matter where you go, even without a computer or cell phone. It’s beautiful, man! I can be connected to the Internet with a pair of glasses on my head at anytime. I can send photos, ask questions, talk to people, request a map, take a video, post online, use Social Networking. It’s beautiful. And then if I use Google Wallet maybe I can even pay my bills and shop online with Google Glasses on my head! But folks, that’s just step one of what they have admitted is their ultimate goal. Listen to this:

“Soon Google hopes to have the ubiquitous presence of a personal assistant that never stops working, capable of conversing naturally in any language. Ultimately, as Page and co-founder Sergey Brin have asserted, the goal is to insert a chip inside your head for the most effortless search engine imaginable.”

Because as we all know, glasses could slip off your head or you can lose them…but not if you got a Google Chip in your head…

“The first stage of this new level of intimacy is Google Glass.”⁶

They admit it! And I would say, it’s the first step of “being the mind of god” and the Mark of the Beast system that the Bible said would happen when you’re living in the Last Days!

But that’s not all. The 3^rd way they’re conditioning us to receive the Mark of the Beast is the Quotation Proof. Folks I’m telling you, I’m not making this up! If you really think they’re not really working hard at getting us conditioned to receive the Mark of the Beast system the Bible said would come in the Last Days, all you gotta do is listen to their quotes! They admit it! And not just Google, but all kinds of people! In fact, they’re totally blunt about it! But again, don’t take my word for it. Let’s listen to theirs.

  The British Ministry of Justice is investigating the use of satellite and radio-wave technology to monitor criminals. Instead of being contained in bracelets worn around the ankle, the tiny chips would be surgically inserted under the skin of offenders in the community, to help enforce home curfews. “All options are on the table, and this is one we would like to pursue.”

  Dr. Peter Zhou chief scientist of Digital Angel said, “A few years ago there may have been resistance, but not anymore. People are getting used to having implants. A tattoo somewhere maybe. The Saudi's used an American device to scan the eyes of travelers. I wouldn't mind having something implanted permanently in my arm that would identify me.”

I wish someone would develop it because, number one, time is crucial when a child is missing and you could locate them by the chip. And even if you weren’t lucky enough to locate them, finding the body is crucial for two things: the ending of the search of the parents and helping with the prosecution of the case. So I hope that somebody develops that in my lifetime.”

Is there anything technologically speaking that they can do, that can help in the situation of a kidnapping. Is there for example, a microchip, a watch, a tracking device that we could use for our kids? “
Scott Silverman: “We are working on a product that we call internally a PLD. PLD stands for personal locating device. Which is an implantable GPS, for which our company owns the patent; and can be implanted surgically in the clavicle area of a child, or someone you are interested in tracking. It is the first implantable microchip for humans. It has multiple security, financial, and healthcare applications.”
Hannity: “The one thing I would just suggest, and I’m just an outside soon to be investor, I love this idea by the way Scott. I think it’s great…”

  Author Mac Slavo wrote, “With more Americans than ever before being dependent on government redistribution of wealth and services to get by, acceptance by most people of this technology is not such a far off proposition, especially with the threat of cutting off access to those services which people have become to dependent upon for survival. Those who refuse the chip, of course, would soon be labeled unpatriotic domestic terrorists, added to no fly lists (because if you’re not chipped, you’re probably hiding something and are obviously dangerous), and we’d soon see FBI/DHS bulletins distributed to doctors, retailers and government bureaucrats about how to identify potentially threatening activities of non-chippers. If you see an unchipped, say something. It’s your duty.”

  And just in case you don’t want to listen to him, even the previous Pope is saying being chipped and tracked is okay! In fact, he recently implemented it for his staff.
  

“Pope Benedict the 16^th and his security detail will reportedly start using RFID technology to begin tracking Priests and employees at the Vatican. The move to use the tracking technology comes as the Popes Butler stole sensitive documents from his apartment last year and gave them to the news media.”

Wow! Well apparently, if the Pope says it’s okay, then it must be okay, right? Talk about shades of the False Prophet who “dupes the whole world into receiving the Mark of the Beast!” But hey, that’s just those Catholic people. I mean hey, we’re Protestants! I mean, it’s good news to know that our leaders, our Pastors would never do that to us, or would they? Check out what one so-called Protestant Pastor said about the Mark.

Mark Jackson – Church of England Minister “I’m assistant Minister of Grace Church Elage. Ya, I wouldn’t have a problem probably buying or selling or using money in this way. I personally don’t have a problem with this idea of having a microchip put in your arm as a sort of credit card that you can buy and sell in clubs or go down to Sams Breez and buy your food. No I would not have a problem with that as a Christian. I think you can worship Jesus Christ at the same time having the mark in your arm, Yes…”⁸

Yes, the lightning bolt is quite appropriate! Can you believe that? We live in a day and age where so-called Christian Pastors, Protestants, are saying that you can receive the Mark and somehow still be a Christian! Excuse me? That’s not what the Bible says!
