In methodical diversity we will show, that less consumption/growth isn’t a disclaimer, but is enrichment - in immaterial contexts. It is not only a brain decision, but as well a gut decision and nobleness of heart. Participant will be taught some knowledge in the field of sustainability, which together with motivation can build the bases of lifestyle changes. They will be involved actively into the learning process by different methods and will develop concepts together, how to become active to shape a more sustainable lifestyle for themselves respectively trigger changes of social relations by European active citizenship. The subjects of the workshop include: Evaluation of the sustainability of our consumption according to the method cleanEuro (www.cleaneuro.eu), alternatives to consumption, ecological footprint, mobility, personal happiness, visions of a good life. Many opportunities for reflection of the heard are given as well as personal meetings with people, who already live sustainable, support the shortcut from knowledge to action.
