My Role - To be responsible for overall operations and accountable for construction, engineering, contracting, marketing management, leasing, rentals, Facility Management, Security/Safety, operations, tenant management &growth/development of the Company while providing strategies & facilitate in finances/cash flow, P & L $ 1Bn. I had a work force with 24 were Executives directly reporting to me in turn about 800 personnel were reporting to me and also a work force of about/average 6000 labors/engineers/professionals with executives of contractors were working for me.

My KRAs were based on my role to be a linkage between Chairman/MD and the executives/engineering/construction, contracting, marketing/BD teams/company, provide guidance to the team/set up procedures & systems, and assist Chairman in setting goals, budget.

We have $3 Billion Townships Mohali /Chandigarh (2400 acres; here two residential Projects were sick due to mis-management by contractors and own team including architect especially in services, MEP; resolved and handed over to customers also revenue increased by selling plots and by improving infrastructure of township to include electricity, sewer), Kundli (1700 acres), Sonipat (400 acres), Panipat (300 acres), Moradabad (300 acres), Karnal (250 acres), Agra and other Malls/assets in Delhi NCR.

  2. Increased revenue in three years from Rs 2000 Cr to Rs 6000 Cr in three years.

Initially, I managed PF Opening, service tax, labour license, VAT/TIV etc). Now, due to this company, we were saving 40% to 50% on construction cost.

Reliance is house hold name and one of the biggest Real Estate/Infrastructure Companies of the World.

My Role was to organize business development, forming JVs, quality construction, contracting, and engineering and also through my experience, take the company in new fields of business. On becoming CEO, I was responsible for about $ 3.5 Billion (Rs 20000 Cr) Projects and further expansion to Real Estate Development. Reporting structure was 18 direct reports i.e Heads of Construction-Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, + Heads of various Townships reporting to me, Engineering, Marketing, BD, Legal, HR, Admin Head, Facility Management Head, C & C, Retails, Purchase, Fin/Accounts, Security, Safety, Quality and other essential elements reporting to me (with all function heads) and 3200 indirect report with 14000 outsourced/labor force of contractors/vendors.

(I still have good liaison at ADNOC with their executives). Bumihiway is a construction/EPC company with Buildings/Township and Highways verticalsbased at Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) with interest in global working including in India.

My Role was to facilitate in quality construction of buildings/townships and to see business opportunities in India in Buildings or Infrastructure in India.

  1. Headed civil construction wing as GM/COO in construction of 24 Storey Luxury Housing of Jalan Tower Selangor Darul Hassan-Batu Caves at Kuala Lumpur. Experienced on high rise of Malaysia as my Company was also associated with renovation of World’s Tallest Tower (from 1998-2004) i.ePetronas Towers at Jalan Ampang, KL. Architected by Mr Cesar Pelli.

  2. Organized international bidding for India Projects. Since, they were easily qualifying for Highways Projects (in Financial and Technical/Experience part); got NHAI Project of Rs 600 Cr of Jalandhar-Pathankot (Bhagpur) four laning project.
