To develop with the master students theoretical understanding and practical skills in computer-aided psycho-diagnostic methods and computer technologies;
To form a notion of computer-aided psycho-diagnostics as a sub-field of psycho-diagnostics;
To acquaint with the latest achievements in computer-aided psycho-diagnostic methods.
Course annotation: On completion of the course the students will develop understanding and obtain information concerning the peculiarities of use of the information technologies in psychology, they will be informed concerning the peculiarities of the Internet use in psychology and education, will be able to independently make use of the Internet resources in further professional activity, will be able to elaborate and make use of presentation materials in electronic form, will develop skills to use contemporary psycho-diagnostic methods, and to make use of computer software for mathematical data processing.
