Duties


We are looking to fill APS 3 and APS4 roles in our Workplace services team in our new Gosford site. We provide services to support our clients in undertaking all aspects of ATO business including workplace and facilities management and ensuring that our buildings are secure and healthy places for people to do their best work.
We support the ATO’s environmental initiatives, the delivery of maintenance and the physical management of sites. We also manage assets and equipment, building maintenance and accommodation, fleet management and the provision of security services for the Gosford building.
Our ideal candidate:

  • puts clients, external and internal, at the centre of everything they do, displaying a ‘can do’ attitude

  • enjoys and has experience in a customer service focussed environment

  • organises workflows and competing priorities to complete allocated tasks within set timeframe

  • has experience in a range of operational and administrative tasks and activities

Duties


As an APS6 Relationship Officer, you will be accountable under limited direction for undertaking complex work and delivering results in accordance with the requirements of their work area and team plans, with the opportunity for reasonable autonomy and accountability. You will provide detailed technical, operational, professional, policy and procedural advice in relation to complex problems.
You may be a team coach or lead a small operational team and expected to be capable of reviewing the quality of work undertaken by others within a work group.
You will be required to build and maintain effective relationships, produce professional advice and engage in complex problem solving and issues management.
