MASTER'S DISSERTATION ABSTRACT
Relevance of the topic: A number of scientific researches are also being carried out to improve the technology of development of social activity of students of higher education institutions, to develop new pedagogical and psychological tools to support their social initiative, to develop the skills of effective organization of socio-cultural and communicative activities.
As the main factors of motivational orientation of students to the profession, it is necessary to pay special attention to the determination of moral-aesthetic worldview and political socialization in students. It is also important to develop psychological aspects of social activity, interpersonal relations, character traits, temperament, spiritual and cultural foundations of pedagogical professional and communicative training, conscious attitude to the ideas of development, and thinking. In our republic, special attention is paid to psychological work as an important direction to improve the content of higher education and personnel training processes based on advanced foreign experiences, and to develop social activity among students. At the same time, there is a need to improve the psychological aspects of students' full understanding of the social significance of their future professional activities, and the determination of their responsibility towards social demands and obligations. improvement of aspects is one of the urgent issues today.
