Duties
The Provider Engagement Support Officer works within the Provider Pathway Design & Engagement Branch to deliver effective stakeholder engagement responses to providers seeking to join and operate within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
To achieve successful scheme implementation, the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is working to facilitate development of adequate supply in a growing market that enables participant choice and control. The NDIA has recently completed an extensive review of the provider pathway with a focus on improving the provider experience. The Provider Engagement Support Officer will provide support across a range of communication and engagement initiatives informed by the findings of the provider pathway review. This includes the coordination, development and facilitation of approaches to improved provider and industry engagement with the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
The role will be required to work with both internal stakeholders (national and regional teams within the Agency, key Commonwealth agencies, and relevant Ministers’ Offices) and external stakeholders (providers, state jurisdictions and industry representatives).
You will work closely with the NDIA Stakeholder Engagement team nationally and the regional provider engagement teams locally to support the establishment and growth of an effective and dynamic NDIS provider market.
Eligibility
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship. Failure to do so may jeopardise your offer of employment.
Dependent on the role the appropriate working with children and/or vulnerable people checks may need to be undertaken as per State Legislation.

Duties
The Assistant Director, Design, Change and Implementation will work under the broad direction of the Director to support and coordinate change and continuus improvement activities initiated by the Business Assurance and Compliance Branch. This role requires a sound knowledge and experience of business systems that may impact or have significant implications for the Agency or administration of the Scheme.
You will collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to manage, deliver and monitor projects that may have an agency wide impact. Through performance data analysis, you will identify, establish and implement potential new customer service systems and system improvement initiatives.
This role requires demonstrated experience with large change projects, legislative frameworks or programs within an area of responsibility.
Duties
