Last one standing
Start the game with all students standing. Make a
sentence, practicing a target structure

Students to whom
the same information applies stay standing. Those to
whom it doesn’t apply sit down. To work on questions, you
could follow up by asking a standing student, e.g.,
Could
you swim when you were four?
(
Yes, I could.
) Then ask a
sitting student, to elicit, e.g.,
No, I couldn’t.
Repeat with
other sentences. The last student left standing wins.
