A Contribution to variational analysis- vectorial duality and study of a fractional problem´s optimality conditions

Abstract :
In this thesis, we are interested in bilevel fractional optimization and in studying the potential energy of an elastic system.

The bilevel multiobjective optimization problems, where the objective function and the constraints are in the form of fractions, are hierarchical problems.  In order to get necessary optimality conditions, we propose two approaches.

The first approach consists of using a scalarization function. The optimal value function of the auxiliary system permit to transform the initial bilevel problem into a one-level problem.

The second approach is based on the use of the extreme principle of Mordukhovich, which generalizes the Hahn-Banach separation theorem to nonconvex sets. We introduce a new one-level problem which is locally equivalent to the initial bilevel problem. Explicit optimality conditions are obtained by using a suitable regularity condition.

The last part of this thesis is devoted to the minimization of a potential energy over geometric sets. One gives existence conditions of the optimal set and calculates the derivative of the objective function at the referential point.
